Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ParcelPost platform operated by Nfinit Monkeys LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using ParcelPost, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your municipality.

Service Description

ParcelPost is a cloud-based building department management platform that provides permit lifecycle management, inspection scheduling, code enforcement tracking, fee calculation, and related municipal building department workflows.

Subscription and Pricing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed in your service agreement.
  • Pricing is based on municipality size and feature requirements.
  • We provide 30 days written notice before any price changes.
  • You may cancel with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of user accounts and passwords.
  • Ensure data entered into the platform is accurate.
  • Comply with applicable municipal, state, and federal regulations.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.

Data Ownership and Portability

Your municipality retains full ownership of all data entered into ParcelPost. We grant no rights to your data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Upon termination, we will provide a complete data export in standard formats (CSV, PDF) within 15 business days at no additional charge.

Service Level

  • We target 99.9% uptime for the platform.
  • Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-hours with advance notice.
  • Daily automated backups with 7-day retention.
  • Technical support available via email and phone during business hours (Eastern Time).

Limitation of Liability

ParcelPost is a management tool. Final permit decisions, inspection approvals, and enforcement actions remain the responsibility of your municipality's authorized officials. We are not liable for decisions made using information from the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
